How this website uses them
Google Analytics 4 loads by default on a first visit, without a consent prompt. If this browser has a valid saved preference to turn analytics off, the Google tag stays unloaded. You can turn analytics off or back on using “Cookie settings” in the footer. The website has no account or online payment functions. Our current analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation signals.

Essential operation
Delivering pages and content, detecting unusual requests and protecting the website may still involve logs processed by Vercel or other technical providers. Cookie settings controls optional website analytics. It does not turn off essential operational processing or control email, WeChat or other websites you may use afterwards.
Analytics and Google
When enabled, GA4 may process page views, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser types, visit times and interactions to help us understand our content’s performance. Data is sent to Google and may be processed outside your location. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, enquiry attachments or wallet credentials through analytics.
Remembering your choice
If you save a choice in settings, we remember it in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. After it expires, or if you clear browser data or change browsers, the website’s default of analytics being on applies again, without a prompt. If local storage is blocked, your choice may apply only to the current page. The table on this page gives GA cookie expiry periods; browser restrictions may shorten them. These periods do not describe how long Google retains data on its servers.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Declining or withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading in this browser and clears the _ga and _ga_* cookies the website can access. Other open tabs for the same website also receive the updated choice. Data already sent is not recalled automatically. To request deletion, contact contact@upwelllaw.com. You can also inspect, restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Third parties and updates
Other websites and communications services handle information under their own rules. This setting does not change your privacy choices on those services.
